Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

The amount of shipping costs depends on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Exact shipping costs will be shown before completing the order.

Delivery Area

We deliver within Germany and the European Union. Upon request, we may also ship to other countries.

Any customs duties or import taxes for international deliveries are to be borne by the customer.

Delivery Time

Delivery within Germany generally takes 3–5 business days after receipt of payment.

For international shipments, delivery times may vary accordingly.

In the event of delays, we will inform you promptly via email.

Shipping Provider

Shipping is carried out with DHL. After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number.

Unaccepted or Undeliverable Shipments

If a parcel is not accepted or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer shall bear any resulting additional costs (e.g. return shipping fees).

Returns under the Right of Withdrawal

In the event of a withdrawal, the customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Further details can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.
