Warranty and Guarantee

Statutory warranty rights apply.

All products purchased from Maison Sorelée come with a statutory warranty period of two years from receipt of the goods.

Within this period, if a defect exists, you have the right to supplementary performance (rectification or replacement). Should supplementary performance not be possible or fail, you may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or external influences.

For the first twelve months from delivery, it is presumed that a defect that occurs already existed at the time of delivery of the goods, unless the contrary is proven.
