Shipping Policy

Payment and Transfer of Ownership

Ordered goods will only be shipped after full payment has been received. For payments made by bank transfer, the goods are considered paid as soon as the amount has been credited to our account.

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price (retention of title). Upon full payment, ownership of the goods transfers to the buyer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are clearly displayed at checkout.
The amount of shipping costs depends on the size, weight, and destination address of the order. Exact shipping costs will be displayed before completing the order process.

For standard shipping within Germany with DHL, we charge a fee of €5.95. For other EU countries, delivery costs are €15.95, which include the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus. Excluded are areas with special VAT regulations.

For orders totaling €100 or more, we offer free shipping.

Delivery Area
Deliveries are made within Germany and the EU, and to other countries upon request.
Any customs or import fees for international deliveries are borne by the customer.

Delivery Time
Delivery time is generally 3–5 business days within Germany after receipt of payment.
For international shipments, the delivery time may be extended accordingly.
Should there be any delays, we will inform you immediately by email.

Shipping Service Provider
Shipping is done with DHL. After shipping, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number.

Unaccepted Packages
If a package is not accepted or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address, the customer bears the resulting additional costs (e.g., return shipping costs).

Returns as part of the Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In the event of a withdrawal, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.
