Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
We will acknowledge receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Depreciation / Damage
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Please note:
A full refund will only be granted for unused and undamaged goods, including original packaging in undamaged condition.
In case of used or damaged goods, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount according to the loss in value or to refuse the refund.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:
- which are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or
- which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
