Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is a natural person who enters into a contract for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Loss of value / Damage
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
Please note:

A full refund will only be issued for unused and undamaged goods, including undamaged original packaging.

In the case of damaged or used goods, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount according to the loss in value or to refuse the refund.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

Goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer

Refund rules
1. Reimbursement method
Refunds are generally issued via the same payment method used for the original order.
Examples:-
Payment by credit card → Refund to the same credit card

Payment via PayPal → Refund to the same PayPal account

Payment by bank transfer → refund to the same bank account

2. Prerequisites for refunds
A refund can only be issued if the goods have been returned in accordance with our return policy and inspected by us.3. Processing time
Once the return is received, the refund is usually processed within 5–10 business days. The exact time until the credit is applied depends on the respective payment provider.4. Exceptions
If a refund via the original payment method is technically not possible (e.g., expired card), the customer will be contacted to agree on an alternative refund method.
