General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop "Maison Sorelée".
2. Contracting parties
The purchase agreement is concluded with Tatiana Pertl Consulting, trading as Maison Sorelée: Regus, Balser Str. 3, 61352 Bad Homburg vd Höhe; E-mail: info@maisonsorelee.com
3. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded in accordance with Amazon's currently applicable General Terms and Conditions.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices quoted are final prices plus shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process and are to be borne by the buyer.
5th delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the buyer. Deliveries are made within Germany (and, if applicable, to other EU countries, if specified). Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time within Germany is approximately 3–5 working days after receipt of payment.
6. Payment Terms
Payment processing is handled exclusively via the payment methods offered in the online shop. Alternative payment methods (e.g., advance payment to the seller) are not accepted.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal under the conditions specified in the cancellation policy. Details can be found in the cancellation policy we provide.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. Claims arising from liability for defects exist without limitation in accordance with statutory regulations.
9. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
We would like to inform you about the possibility of online dispute resolution (the so-called "ODR platform"). Consumers can use the ODR platform as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase or service contracts. The ODR platform can be accessed via the following link: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in the resolution of disputes via this ODR platform.
