Warning and safety instructions for genuine jewelry

 Important notes:

  • Not suitable for children under 3 years. Choking hazard due to small parts that can be swallowed.
  • Not intended as a toy. Jewelry is for decorative purposes only.
  • Children up to 14 years should only wear jewelry under adult supervision. Please remove when playing, exercising, or sleeping – risk of injury or strangulation.
  • Allergies & skin reactions: Even with high-quality genuine jewelry, individual sensitivities to certain alloy components may occur. In case of skin irritation or allergic reactions, the piece of jewelry should no longer be worn and, if necessary, medical advice should be sought.
  • Avoid contact with moisture and chemicals. Sweat, perfume, hairspray or cleaning agents, chlorine and other chemicals can affect and damage the surface of gold, settings, and gemstones.
  • Careful handling: Put on and remove jewelry carefully; do not pull or bend pendants forcefully. Risk of breakage with improper handling.
  • Storage: Store jewelry in a dry, dark place, separated from other jewelry in the included jewelry box or pouch, to avoid scratches and damage.
  • Professional repair: please have all repairs, modifications, or work on settings and gemstones performed exclusively by qualified professionals.

    Note: The natural texture and color of gemstones can vary from piece to piece. Small differences, inclusions, and individual characteristics are typical of natural gemstones and do not constitute a defect.

    Care & Cleaning

    For a long lifespan and to maintain the beauty of the jewelry, gentle and regular care is recommended.

    Gold jewelry
    Clean carefully with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For heavier soiling, lukewarm water and a small amount of mild, pH-neutral soap can be used. Then rinse thoroughly with clear water and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

    Jewelry with gemstones
    Gemstones should be cleaned particularly gently. Lukewarm water, a soft cloth, and mild soap if necessary are recommended. Aggressive cleaning agents, hard brushes, and strong friction should be avoided.

    Avoid:

    • aggressive cleaning agents, bleach, and chemicals
    • ultrasonic and steam cleaning devices, unless they are explicitly suitable for the specific gemstone
    • hot water and extreme temperature fluctuations
    • hard brushes, scouring agents, and abrasive cloths

    After cleaning, the piece of jewelry should be completely dry before it is stored.

    For daily care, it is recommended to avoid contact with perfume, creams, cosmetics, chlorine, and other chemical substances as much as possible.
